ChromaMimic ("we", "us") is a colour-grading LUT tool operated by Nunik Co. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. The short version: your images are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to us.

Your frames are never uploaded

The original and reference images you load, the previews, and the LUTs you generate are all processed locally in your browser. They are not transmitted to, stored on, or seen by our servers or any third party. Files you download are written directly from your browser.

What we collect

Account data (if you sign up): your email address and authentication details, handled by our authentication provider, Clerk.
Billing data (if you subscribe to Pro): handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Entitlement data: your plan tier and monthly download count, stored against your account so we can enforce free vs. Pro limits.
Basic technical data: standard server logs and, if enabled, privacy- respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage.

Third parties

We rely on Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in/session management. Some preferences are stored in your browser's local storage on your device.

Data retention & your rights

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your associated profile data.
