These terms govern your use of ChromaMimic ("the Service"), operated by Nunik Co. By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

ChromaMimic generates colour-grading LUTs from images you provide, in your browser. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

Plans & billing

Free: grading and preview at no cost, with a limited number of downloads per month.
Pro: a paid subscription ($5/month or $39/year) unlocking unlimited downloads, Wheel mode and 65³ LUTs, with a 7-day free trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Trials are not charged if cancelled before they end.

Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure. You are responsible for the images you process and for having the rights to use them.

Your content

You retain all rights to the images you load and the LUTs you generate. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive or store your images.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Colour matching is automated and results may vary; a generated LUT is a starting point, not a guarantee of a specific look. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nunik Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
